The framework outlines how inclusion informs our priorities across access and affordability, pedagogy and practice, equity and representation, curriculum, culture and power, and evidence and ethics.
It also sets out how these commitments shape wider areas of the Foundation’s work, including programme development, research, bursary provision, partnerships, recruitment and public communications.
At its heart, this document is a reference point for ongoing learning, reflection and accountability as we continue to support the ethical renewal of Waldorf education in ways that are socially responsive, culturally expansive and rooted in justice.
