Research sits at the heart of our work to advance creative, holistic and regenerative education. We partner with educators, researchers, academics and organisations to generate and share knowledge that strengthens practice across diverse learning communities. Through commissioning new studies, funding doctoral researchers, supporting alumni and faculty publications, and co-creating learning resources as practice-based research, we contribute to a growing evidence base for creative learning. By connecting research with classroom experience, professional formation and sector partnerships, we help open space for innovative approaches within UK education while remaining engaged in a wider global conversation about how education can best serve learners, teachers and communities.
We’re supporting a research project on Multisensory Integration (MSI) in education, which investigates how engaging multiple senses can enhance learning experiences. This initiative aims to inform educational policy and practice by exploring MSI as a foundation for learning. The project is led by Dr. Ruhi Tyson, with contributions from Camilla Gåfvels, bringing expertise in vocational knowing and aesthetic learning.
