Inspired by Waldorf education and other progressive traditions, and renewed through the values of equality, diversity and inclusion, we champion approaches that support autonomy, connection and wellbeing while contributing to the wider conversation reimagining education for every learner.
We prioritise support for teachers through accredited professional development, reflective practice and participation in communities of practice, recognising that high-quality education depends on educators who are equipped to deepen their practice and exercise professional agency. Alongside this, we support and advance research that strengthens educational practice; funding doctoral study, commissioning new work and enabling knowledge to move meaningfully between research and lived educational contexts.
Working in partnership with universities, schools, researchers and organisations, we help build an evidence base for creative learning, develop sustainable provision and open space for innovative approaches within UK education. Across all areas of our work, we act as a bridge between traditions, settings and professional communities – connecting research, practice and diverse pedagogical perspectives to support a more inclusive, coherent and forward-looking educational landscape.

Central to this is the Postgraduate Diploma in Waldorf Education and Creative Pedagogies, delivered in partnership with Bath Spa University. Designed for working professionals, the programme connects theory with lived educational contexts through a blended model of online study and in-person retreats, supporting professional agency while strengthening the foundations for creative, holistic and regenerative approaches to education.
Alongside the diploma, we develop resources that help translate research into practice, enabling educators to engage with evidence-informed approaches in accessible and meaningful ways. Through initiatives such as Teacher Talk: Skills for Creativity in the Classroom and through emerging work with alumni and researchers, we seek to support teachers across diverse contexts while strengthening the relationship between practitioner knowledge and educational research.
Research sits at the heart of our work to advance creative, holistic and regenerative education. Through commissioning new studies, funding doctoral researchers, supporting alumni and faculty publications, and co-creating learning resources as practice-based research, we contribute to a growing evidence base for creative learning. By connecting research with classroom experience, professional formation and sector partnerships, we help open space for innovative approaches within UK education while remaining engaged in a wider global conversation about how education can best serve learners, teachers and communities.
